The SPVs: Sical Multimodal and Rail Transport Ltd (SMART), Nagpur Sical Gupta Road Terminal Ltd (NSGRT), Nagpur Sical Gupta Logistics Ltd (NSGL), Sical Iron Ore Terminals Ltd (SIOT), PSA Sical Terminals Ltd, Chennai International Terminals Pvt Ltd (CITPL), Sical Distriparks Ltd and Bergen Offshore Logistics Pte Ltd. The rationale behind forming SIAL was to promote the longer duration BOT type infrastructure business separately from the short cycle services-oriented businesses. |
