Our Company was incorporated in 1955 and was previously in the business of stevedoring, custom handling, trucking, and container freight stations. Our Company offers services comprising of overburden removal, container freight stations (“CFS”), and warehousing and distribution.

During Fiscal Year 2023, our Company was acquired by Pristine Malwa. This strategic integration into the Pristine Logistics Group has not only strengthened our position within the industry but also unlocked significant growth opportunities. Being a part of this extensive network allows us to capitalize on synergistic cross-selling opportunities, enhancing the scope and value of the services we offer to our clients. This collaboration underscores our commitment to innovation, service excellence, and creating added value for all stakeholders.

Our business comprises of three verticals, being:

• Integrated logistics pertains to handling and transportation of minerals and overburden, which is typically linked with the mining activity of major minerals such as iron ore, bauxite and coal. It primarily involves the process of loading, unloading and road transportation on a contractual basis. We are providing Integrated logistics services at the contract sites in Madhya Pradesh, Odisha and Jharkhand.

 

• Warehousing and Distribution which primarily include comprehensive services designed to store, manage, and distribute inventory for businesses. We operate 17 warehouses in India and area under warehousing was 10,85,480 square feet.

 

• Container freight station (“CFS”) which primarily include custom clearance, handling and temporary storage of import/export laden and empty containers. We have CFS operations at Chennai, Tuticorin and Visakhapatnam.
